Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized piecesFlour mixture:
1/4 cup flour
1/8 cup sesame seeds
1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
Pepper
Red pepper flakes
Sesame sauce:
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup sesame seeds
Coat chicken in flour mixture. Saute in olive oil until brown. Add sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with brown rice.
